Selma Sayre has been active in the areas of nutrition, metaphysics, environmental issues, research and writing. She is author of four published books: The Shining Self, EI YO Refulgente, Energies of The Total Self and Worlds Within a World of Worlds. For eighteen years she served as Director of Research for the non-profit, educational World Affiliated Service Corporation and the School of Inner Research. Numerous unpublished manuscripts with emphasis on creating a peaceful environment were written and used in workshops. Included were philosophical materials on economic, political, and social issues.
Volunteer work with organizations, individuals and animals has always been a vital part of the author’s life. A recent widow, she continues to live in Flagler Beach, Florida where she is engaged in creative activities and has a volunteer Listening Service that assists others in finding peace.
